- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On multiple occasions I have waited for 45 min - 1 hour past my appointment time. They are not convenient for working parents. They do no take well visits on the weekend or in the evening. There are A LOT of communication issues within this office. They schedule appointments for immunizations too early for the immunizations to be administered, so then you have to come back for an additional appointment. When they mess up they blame the parents. Some of the staff have admitted that they didn't know what they were looking at so they just diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. They don't tell the parents all the information that they should, leaving the parents to be surprised when they see the documentation or talk to any other doctors. They tried to tell me that I gave them certain information, which I KNOW is a lie. I even had other witnesses with me than can verify that the practice is lying.February 02, 2017by Lisa MI
